The Air Max 90 QS “Mars Landing” launched in March 2019 as a tribute to the rover missions that explored the surface of Mars. The sneaker features a striking graphic upper inspired by the Red Planet, finished in a Magma Orange tone designed to closely resemble actual images of the Martian landscape. Its seamless construction is enhanced with reflective detailing on the tongue and heel, while a speckled black midsole reinforces the space-inspired theme. A visible Air unit in the heel delivers the signature cushioning of the Air Max 90, and the outsole is finished with a unique pattern inspired by the tread of a rover wheel.
