The Back Door specialises in exclusive sneakers, premium streetwear, and collectible pieces. If you understand the space, appreciate the details that make a product special, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you. This role is for someone who can keep things organised behind the scenes while staying connected to what’s happening in-store and online.
As part of the admin team, you’ll help keep daily operations smooth and structured. You’ll work with store systems, handle general admin and organisational tasks, and make sure information is captured cleanly and accurately. If you’re the type of person who enjoys order, consistency, and doing things properly, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll also support the online side of the business by assisting with website product uploads and keeping the online store maintained. That includes working confidently on a computer, using Excel regularly, and helping ensure product information and updates stay accurate as new stock lands and releases move quickly.
Because The Back Door is built on community and culture, you may also assist with brand activations, social moments, and in-store launches. That could mean supporting the team during release days, helping with checklists and coordination, and making sure the details are handled so the experience stays premium and stress-free.
We’re looking for someone sharp, organised, and aligned with The Back Door brand — someone who takes pride in the work, communicates well, and shows up with consistency. Experience in retail admin, stock processes, online store maintenance, or content/product uploads will be an advantage, but attitude, attention to detail, and cultural fit matter most.
