The Air Jordan “Alternate” program was created to explore how Michael Jordan’s Player Exclusive colourways might have appeared on early Air Jordan models. In February 2017, the Air Jordan 8 received the “Alternate” treatment through a fresh interpretation of one of its most iconic original releases, the Air Jordan 8 “Playoffs.” Inspired by the Chicago Bulls’ team colours, the sneaker features an all-white perforated leather upper accented by contrasting hits of red and black throughout the design.
