Delivery
Once the funds have been received, we will begin to process your order. Once the order has been processed, your item/s will be shipped. You should receive your order in:
- Gauteng: 1 working day
- Other regions: 2–4 working days
Unfortunately, delays could occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Additional time may be needed in busy times such as holidays or promotional periods.
For Johannesburg: we do offer same-day delivery — please contact us if needed.
Track your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email from our shipping partner with your tracking information. If by chance you do not receive this, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
Cancellation of orders
By you
After placing your order, there is a 24-hour period in which you may contact us to cancel your order — provided your item/s have not yet been shipped. If they have shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order.
By us
Due to the nature of our business, should your item/s become unavailable, The Back Door reserves the right to cancel your order at any time. However, you will be contacted and notified with the aim of discussing a suitable remedy. This could include (but is not limited to):
- Alternative replacement for the item/s from our store.
- Full refund.
- For us to source a replacement of the exact item/s you originally purchased (may take time and might not be possible for rare items).
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and we do not offer any returns or refunds unless otherwise stated/decided by us.
If you believe that your item/s are damaged, defective or that there is any other issue with the item/s received, there is a 48-hour period after the item/s have been received in which you may contact us in order to discuss this.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, we unfortunately do not offer exchanges on all items. In the case that there is a sizing issue, we will try our best to assist you; however, this is not a guarantee.
